INFORMATION JOURNEL
MAY 1
x. we are now OPEN! you may join, create your wolves, and role play in a tribe. there are auditions for Healers and Chiefs if you want your wolf to be one. and there are 12 spots open for Hunters and Soldiers, three for each tribe. But any other wolf has to create a Novice and train. This is a colored wolf RPG, so no plain black wolves with no markings. This site is somewhat like the Warriors series by Erin Hunter.

{ forest tribe }
[ ]» base camp
[image]

this is the main camp where the wolves sleep, eat, and do chores every day. it's thick with trees with a rock cliff at the back. in the rock, the healer has a den where he prepares medicines and stores herbs. there are two dens that have strong, sturdy walls of tree branches that make them look like igloos, only made out of branches. those two are the den of the novices and den of the experts. novices are the wolves in training. experts are the soldiers and hunters of the tribe. then their is a big rock in the center with a hole on the side of it. that is where the chief and his mate lives. the big rock is where he makes his annoucments.

[ ]» the bear rock
[image]

this is a rock that looks like a bear. well, the head part anyway. it's a great hunting ground where a lot of deer and small animals can be found easily hot-season, new-season, and,sometimes, fall-season. there is a small pond at the base of the bear head, giving the forest tribe another food source, fish.
00
[ ]» moon-lit forest
[image]

this is the forest surrounging the camp. the reason why it's called 'moon-lit' forest is because at night when the moon is at it's highest, the leaves on the trees seem to dance and sparkle with a silvery touch to it. it has plenty of small prey for the tribe, except for in fall-season and cold-season.
00
[ ]» the caves
[image]

this is where a whole bunch of tunnels are connected. some may lead into enemy lands, but don't take your chances! most of these tunnels lead into a dead end, or your more likely to get lost and starve. somewhere in the tunnel, there is a big, wide cavern with the silver-fish river running right through it. there are some fish in it, but with the darkness of the water, you might never catch a silver fish. there are holes in the ceiling of the cavern, but too high up to climb through.

{ mountain tribe }
[ ]» base camp
[image]
in the heart of the mountainous territory, a small collection of caves sit on a flat platform where the mountain tribe make their camp. the mountains just seem to stop and drop off with a empty half circle. there is a flat space where there are paw marks, treaded by many centuries of the ancestors of the tribe. there are cracks in the walls of the cliff where the mountain drops off. that's where the tribe makes their den. a sheet of a waterfall sits in the entrance of the camp and just seems to drop away into no where. as you walk in, there is a huge cavern where the tribe members do their chores and stock prey a such. there are six tunnels that lead into the caves of the members. leader's cave, cave of the novices, cave of the experts, cave of the old, cave of the sick, and the nursery.
00
[ ]» lone-tree
[image]
a single tree juts up out of the smooth, rock surface and acts as a home to many small prey animals and birds. it is also a very calming place to be, though almost every morning, it's so foggy, you can't even see your own paw in front of your face. but, durning the day, you can see every territory. you can even find the beginning of silver-fish river, at the sea place down in the river tribe and where it disapears into some other unknown lands.

[ ]» sharp-tooth valley
[image]
this is a beautiful valley with lush green grass and trees throughout the small meadow. prey runs great here, but don't be fooled by the beauty of it. there are sharp-toothes here that would make a meal out of you. pups better not wander too far either. if your going hunting here, make sure to bring a couple soilders with you for your safety.
00
[ ]» white peak
[image]
these are huge purple peaks that sit in front of the camp entrance, but don't be fooled by the distance. there are numbers of boulders and crevices in the rocky terrian. sheep and other large prey lurk around these parts also, but you must have good agility to be able to jump down the rocks to attack the prey. sharp-toothes have been sighted here, but only from time to time.
00
{ river tribe }
[ ]» base camp
using the silver-fish river as a moat, the camp acts like an island because there is no other way to get into it except for swimming across the wide river. the current is very strong, so it's very hard for attackers to get across safetly. the camp has a wall of thick branches and boulders, but it can still be broken into. inside the camp, there are two dens off to the side: the healer's den and the den of the novices. they are made of the same branches and stones as the walls. on the other side, there are the den of the old, a small den that looks sorta like a teepee, and the nursery, an den underground for the wolves that are caring for, or are close to birthing. as for the hunters, soilders, and the cheif, they sleep in the camp clearing under the watch of their ancestors in the sky above. there is a small pond right next to the healer's den so that the wolves have an easy way to get something to drink.
00
[ ]» silver-fish river
this is a very wide river that goes throughout the lands of the wolves. but the river tribe has set paws on it because of their ability to swim through rapid waters. there are silver fish that are the size of a new-born pup and can feed one or two wolves. the river has trees on both sides along with huge boulders in the middle. you can jump on the rocks if you can jump that far. this is a very relaxing place to be on boring days.
00
[ ]» the big oak
this is where the largest oak in all the territories can be found. it's centuries old and homes many prey for the tribe. long, soft grass covers the floors below with a large boulder that sits under the shade of the big tree. it's a good rock to sit and relax on.
00
[ ]» the grassy clearing
this is a clearing that is made up of soft, light green grass. it holds many elk, moose, and deer including some of the other, smaller animals. it's right next to the river and it's surrounded by maple trees, providing shade and a cool drink.
00
{ moor tribe }
[ ]» base camp
this is a round cave that has only one enterance. as you walk into the cave, there is a small cavern that has small holes that provide warmth and lighting to the cave. there are tunnels throughout the cavern. some lead to dead ends, and some lead to the caves of the wolves. the marsh tribes ancestors have figured out where the wolves' dens are and where there are dead ends and ones that go on forever. outside of the cave, there is a wall of very large boulders, some twice the size of an elephant. but for those mountain tribe wolves that climb big rocks for a living, those rocks won't be a problem.
00
[ ]» violet lake
this is a very large pond that holds many water creatures. it's also a watering hole for both your tribe and prey animals. there is a small island in the middle that has a single tree and some small boulders. it's very beautiful. this lake also seems to apear a purpleish color. violet lake is on the border of the marsh and the forest tribe.
00
[ ]» the hills
this is just hills until the borders of between the tribe's and other tribes. some prey runs through the hilly terrian, but watch out for the moor-prowling sharp-toothes. some have adapted to the moor terrian and hunt around here. there are some dens in the ground that can be used for shelter when it rains.
00
[ ]» little forest
this is a small forest on the far corner of the territory. it holds one herd of elk, which is rapidly growing. it has a small, glittering pool in the center where you can rest and relax. the wolves of the moor tribe don't usually have trees around to have shade, so this is one of the very few places of shade.
00
{ beyond the tribes }
[ ]» holy places
these are the holy places of the territories. the meeting place for the meeting of the tribes that happens once every season. the cave of the cermony is also one of the places. it's when a wolf in training becomes a full-member and recives a full job of whatever they were training for. they have dreams with there ancestors who assign and congratulates him to adult hood.
00
[ ]» borders
on a border party? this is where you can re-freshen the scent marks here and check and see if there were any tresspassers on the territory today. there are some prey that runs around the borders, but don't betray the law and cross the border into another territory.
